II. Hungarian Horn Festival – Day 1
The first Hungarian Horn Festival took place in 1995, under the direction of horn player Ádám Friedrich. The long-awaited second festival will take place in April 2026, made possible with the establishment of the Association for the Future of Hungarian Horn Playing: the organizers intend the two-day series of events to be a grand gathering that brings together representatives of the profession and the general public, from children interested in the instrument to Hungarian horn players living abroad. During the two days of the festival, visitors can enjoy mini-concerts, lectures, courses, chamber music workshops, instrument demos, roundtable discussions, and children's activities in the BMC's halls, while instrument makers will have stands in the lobby. Admission is free, but registration is required. The detailed program will be published at a later date.
Free entry with advance registration.
