Enhanced Frequencies, the new project of Salamon Tűzkő Quintet, is an experiment that seeks to explore awareness and attention in the moment through collective improvisation. The band members – special prize winners of the Müpa Jazz showcase and the Budapest Jazz Combo Competition – take to the stage with the aim of bringing together the musical-aesthetic qualities they have experienced in their lives and making this experience available to their fellow musicians in the physical space of their own instruments. The members of the orchestra have been obsessively exploring these experiences for years, both separately and together, each on their own instrument: Máté Éles, one of the most sought-after musicians of the young generation of the Hungarian jazz scene, on drums, Balázs Horváth, who has won first prizes at several national jazz competitions, on piano, Márton Papp, Louis Armstrong Prize winner, on alto saxophone, and Brúnó Barakonyi, a young genius of diversity on bass, who is well versed in various modern styles from funky to pop, rock and techno. Most of the compositions are scored by the bandleader trumpeter, Salamon Tűzkő, a student at the University of Graz.

Tickets are available for 2800 HUF on the spot, online at bmc.jegy.hu, and at InterTicket Jegypont partners across Hungary.
